This Core Facility was established to facilitate the adoption of functional genomics approaches in the study of asthma. Our focus at this time is on the use of DNA microarrays for the analysis of gene expression.
Core services include:
- Production of human and mouse DNA microarrays
- Training in use of microarrays
- Providing access to microarray scanners
- Database and other bioinformatics support
